For dads
A father's responsibility in Delaware
Must the father help pay for the pregnancy? Yes. Delaware law says the man who made an unmarried woman pregnant has the first duty to support her during the pregnancy, including prenatal, hospital and birth costs, and a court can order him to pay those costs directly.
