Must the father help pay for the pregnancy? Partly. In a parentage/support case the court may order the parent who owes support to reimburse the other parent (or MassHealth/DTA) for medical costs of the pregnancy and childbirth. On request, the court must also order past child support back to the child's birth.

No statewide pregnancy-center association could be verified. Your Options Medical also runs a mobile ultrasound unit on Cape Cod (youroptionsmobile.com). Clearway Clinic's Worcester number on its own site differs from the Heartbeat directory listing; the site's number is used. Western MA beyond Springfield/Pittsfield and the Islands have thin coverage.
